You track your food super consistently, wake up feeling good and decide to weigh yourself anddddd the scale is up. Why?
Here are my weights over the course of the last two weeks. I have been extremely diligent with my food but I still have some random higher days in there and that’s okay!
Our bodies literally fluctuate due to food, stress, water intake, soreness, and so many other factors. It is impossible to expect the number to stay the exact same every single day.
Instead of focusing on what the scale says, focus on what you can control. Are you eating well, moving well, getting good sleep, and drinking plenty of water? Good. Then either skip the scale or log the number and move on 👍🏼
