Steps to Improving Overall Nutrition

No restrictions and no tracking.


We tend to over-complicate our nutrition. We focus on the things we shouldn't have, tell ourselves 'I'm not going to have sugar, I'm not going to eat the chips' and then what happens? We can only focus on the sugar, the chips, and eventually cave and end up eating more than we probably would have if we allowed ourselves to eat those things as cravings appeared.


By switching our mindset to focusing on the foods we SHOULD be eating and incorporating on a regular basis, nutrition becomes much easier and 'dieting' becomes much less daunting.
