Recipe: Pork Tenderloin

I've tried this recipe on the smoker and the air fryer and both turn out great!



Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple juice

  • 2T honey

  • 3T brown sugar bourbon (or something similar) seasoning

  • 1T brown sugar

  • 1T thyme

  • 1t pepper

  • 1pork tenderloin

Instructions: Smoker


Mix together all spices, honey, apple juice, and brown sugar. Heat in the microwave for 20s so that the honey mixes well with everything else. Pour mixture over the pork and let marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.


Place pork in smoker at 225* and cook until pork reaches an internal temp of 145*. ~ 3-4 hours


Instructions: Air Fryer


Follow the same instructions as listed above EXCEPT wait to add the brown sugar bourbon spice to the mixture. After marinating the pork, add the brown sugar bourbon seasoning to the tenderloin and then air fry at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
