Grocery Haul + Meals Made

Here is my grocery haul from last week and the meals I made out of it ! Nothing too exciting this week but it'll give you an idea of a simple meal prep.


Grocery Haul


Protein:

· Top Round Beef

· Chicken Tenders

· Eggs

· Egg Whites

· Plain Greek Yogurt

Carbs:

· Apples

· Pineapple

· Kodiak Cake Mix

· Everything Bagel Thins

· Red Potatoes

· Hamburger buns

Veggies:

· Carrots

· Cucumbers

· Cole Slaw

· Green Beans

· Brussel Sprouts

Fats

· Peanut Butter

Things I Had in the House:

· Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

· Stubb’s BBQ Sauce

· McCormick Pork BBQ Seasoning

· Mesquite Seasoning

· Cereal (cheerios oat crunch & peanut butter puffins)

· Frozen strawberries

What I made:

· Roasted brussel sprouts in the oven and topped with balsamic vinegar

· Roasted green beans in the oven w/ salt and garlic powder

· Pulled top round barbeque beef in insta pot using the pork seasoning

· Air fried chicken tenders coated w/ mesquite seasoning

· Air fried red potatoes w/ various seasonings


My Meals (I’m eating at maintenance)

· Breakfast: 1 egg + egg whites + brussel sprout in a scramble, Kodiak cakes w/ cinnamon and peanut butter

· Lunch: cole slaw + green beans + beef + cheese + stubb’s bbq sauce sautéed up on top of an everything bagel thin, an apple or pineapple on the side

· Dinner: air fried chicken tenders dipped in ranch, air fried potatoes, cucumbers & carrots

· Mid-Day Snack: yogurt + strawberries + cheerios oat crunch

· Nighttime Snack: puffins cereal w/ extra peanut butter
