Updated: Feb 22, 2023

These are not necessarily 'healthy' by any means BUT they are great for someone who struggles to eat enough during the day or if you want a bit of something sweet at the end of the day.

Ingredients

1.25 cups oat flour

1/2 cup nut butter of choice (I used hazelnut butter)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup honey

1/4 protein powder of choice (I used vital proteins collagen protein, unflavored. 3 scoops)

2-3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

Melted together coconut oil, honey, and nut butter (takes about 30s in the microwave). Add in vanilla and salt and mix well. Mix together oat flour and protein powder. Pour honey mixture over the flour and mix until well combined. Add in some chocolate chips.

Press mixture into a bread pan and gently press remaining chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate for a few hours so the bars hold together. Store in the refrigeratator for up to a week.

~ Macros per bar: 13f 10p 30c (makes 8 perfect bars)
