Recipe: Oven (or airfryer) Honey Salmon

Updated: Feb 22, 2023

When I start to get tired of my 'usual' meals I'll make this to mix things up a bit. This is super simple and can be thrown together in under 20 minutes:

Ingredients

Salmon fillets

Honey mustard

Salt/pepper to taste

Minced garlic or garlic powder to taste

Add salt, pepper, and garlic to thawed salmon fillets. Brush on honey mustard until evenly covered. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or airfry at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until center reaches 145°.

To make the salmon bowl, I'll make rice (usually jasmine rice) while the salmon is cooking and season that with salt, pepper, and coconut aminos. Add in some sort of vegetable (usually roasted broccoli or coleslaw cabbage), top with the roasted salmon, and add on a little bit more honey mustard. So good!
